NEW ADMISSIONS:

1. Submit Online Application. To expedite your application, please upload the Birth Certificate and Immunization (2-, 3- and 4-year olds)/ VA Medical Record (K-8th Grade). Otherwise, please fax these documents to 703-729-6635, ATTN: Admissions.

2. Create Online FACTS Tuition Account by clicking on the link found under "Admissions" tab on CCS website.

Without these 2 steps, your application CANNOT be processed. Once your application is received, you will be contacted via email with the next steps to complete the admissions process.
